Question: Will I receive a warranty on your products?
Answer: Universal Light Designs, LLC gives a 5 year world wide warranty on all Yachtsign™ lighted letters.
 
Question: Can I use Yachtsign™ letterings on convex, concave and uneven surfaces?
Answer: Yes! There are a number of ways to install Yachtsigns lighted letters. The most common is the use of spacers and stand-offs. But we can also use thermal forming to match most curves on your yachts.
 
Question: What cover materials are available?
Answer: We can supply any material that is (salt) water resistant! Let us know what you would like to have. Our standard covers include vinyl film, stainless steel, gold platted steel, gold and silver leaf and any combination thereof.
 
Question: Are your letters water proof?
Answer: Yes! All Yachtsigns letters and signs are 100% water proof. All electric circuits and components are fully protected. You can even use Yachtsigns letters and signs completely submersed in water.
 
Question: Can I use multiple sized letters within one sign?
Answer: Yes! Each letter or letter groups may be of different sizes (height and width) and font?
 
Question: Can I have different materials covering the front and different colors? Is this possible?
Answer: Yes! You can choose from a variety of materials and colors and have each letter in a different design. Let us know and we will be glad to meet your requests!
